Grand Prize:
The Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets (for winner and one guest) to attend a concert on November 22, 2024, at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Seating is determined by the Sponsor. The prize includes a one (1) night hotel stay in Toronto. Approximate value: $1,500.00 CAD. The winner is responsible for any costs not directly mentioned above.

Secondary Prizes:
Secondary prizing includes twenty (20) separate draws, each awarding one (1) league-branded OHL jersey (total of 20 jerseys available). Specific details will be provided upon winner notification. Approximate value: $199.00 CAD per jersey.

Tertiary Prizes:
Tertiary prizing includes twenty (20) separate draws, each awarding one (1) OHL Live Playoff Pass (total of 20 passes available). Winner notification will include redemption instructions, code, and pass details. Approximate value: $59.99 CAD per pass.

Eligibility: Open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) aged 18+. Employees, their families, and those living with OHL affiliates are not eligible.

How to Enter:
Online: Enter once via Contest Page. Follow @OHLHockey on X or Instagram (@ohlofficial) and tag/share for extra entries.
In-Venue: At select OHL games, use the QR code for ten entries. One entry per person per email.
Prizes (41 Total):

Grand Prize: Two concert tickets and one hotel night in Toronto (Value: $1,500 CAD).
Secondary Prizes: 20 OHL jerseys.
Tertiary Prizes: 20 OHL Live Playoff Passes.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

Prize Draw: Winners drawn randomly on November 18, 2024. Odds depend on entries.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email or phone by November 18, 2024. Must respond within 24 hours, answer a skill-testing question, and sign a release form.

Liability: Entrants release OHL from liability arising from participation or prize use.
