Supporting Players Today. Building Champions Tomorrow.

With code CHLCHAMPS, $1 from every $35+ order helps Canadian youth chase their goals — on the ice, in the classroom, and beyond.

How it Works

Nominate

Adults who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence may submit a nomination for a youth under 18 who demonstrates leadership, teamwork, community involvement or impact, and dedication to personal growth and hockey excellence. Only one nominee may be submitted per nomination.

Review

All eligible nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges representing Papa Johns® Canada and the CHL®. Judges will score each nomination using the published criteria to determine the nominee who best embodies the spirit of a Champion of Tomorrow.

Celebrate

The confirmed winner will receive:

  • A $25,000 CAD scholarship, awarded as a cheque payable to the winner. The scholarship is intended to support the winner's educational, athletic, or personal development goals, though no specific use of funds is required unless prohibited by law; and
  • A VIP Trip for Two (2) to the 2026 Memorial Cup Championship Weekend, including round-trip transportation, standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for up to three (3) consecutive nights, and tickets to select Championship Weekend events, including the Championship Final game.
  • The prize will be presented during the 2026 Memorial Cup Championship Weekend.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV of the VIP trip varies depending on the winner's city of residence and event location and will be determined at the time of awarding. The actual value will vary depending on the winner’s city of residence and the final travel arrangements.
